Luker Chocolate Amargo is a bitter dark chocolate from Colombia used to make hot chocolate. Cut or break one piece of Luker chocolate from the bar for each cup of hot chocolate you want to prepare. Add one piece of chocolate to one cup (10.2 oz.) of hot milk or water. Once chocolate melts, add sugar as desired and blend. Enjoy!
