Picarones are easy to make!
Pour envelope content in a small bowl, add ¾ cup of water, mix well till everything is homogeneous. Beat for 1 minute and let it rest for 30 more minutes. Heat 1 ½ cups of oil in a small deep pan. Place the mix in the pastry bag, you will find incide the box, pipe to form the picarones. Shape like a doughnut inside the hot oil no larger than 3'' in diameter. Deep fry to golden brown and serve. Enjoy!
