Ingredients List:
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 Chorizo, Fresh or Semi-Cured
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Sidra or Cider
Preparation:
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium heat.
Slice the chorizo into 1/2" pieces. Add the chorizo slices to the pan and fry until the pieces start to brown, about 5 minutes.
Add the sidra and the bay leaves and toss the chorizo to coat. Simmer until the sidra turns syrupy with streaks of red oil on top from the chorizo, about 10 minutes.
Serve chorizo in the warm cider.
