Ingredients List:
- 4 TBSP Cocoa Powder, Sifted
- 2 TBSP Unsalted Butter, Plus More for Hands
- Chocolate Sprinkles
- Shredded Coconut
- Crushed Oreo's
- Rainbow Sprinkles
- 14 oz Sweet Condensed Milk
Preparation:
In a small sauce pan mix the sweet condensed milk, cocoa powder, salt and butter. Cook, stirring constantly for 10 minutes. The consistency should be thick after cooking. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture rest until cool enough to touch.
Pour the sprinkles or coconut. into bowls.
Once the brigadeiro is cool, grease your hands with butter and roll the brigadeiros into little balls, about 1/2 tablespoon each. Coat in sprinkles or coconut and place each brigadeiro into a paper candy cup.
Chill before serving.
