La Rubia Yerba Mate is a specially limited produced Paraguayan organic yerba mate. La Rubia is not only hard to find in the United States but in Paraguay as well. The company stores the yerba mate for two years prior to packaging, allowing the mate to soften without losing it's unique taste. La Rubia, means "the blonde" in english. La Rubia yerba mate is produced and packed in the Obligado District at Itaipua, Paraguay.
