The history of Espuña dates back to 1947, when Esteve Espuña began producing sausages using traditional recipes in his farmhouse near Olot, Spain. Their smoky flavor comes from the famous pimentón de la vera, and smoked paprika, that lends it's flavor to all Spanish chorizo. Ingredients like garlic and other spices condiments as wished, will add a finish touch to these pork sausage. These chorizos are fully cured and ready to slice and serve with bread and aged cheese.
