Argentine Goat Cheese with Herbs Wapi is a 100% goat's milk cheese from San Juan, Argentina. Their goats are milked under strict hygene control, achieving a premium quality production. Wapi cheese is soft but not quite spreadable. Its flavor is mildly tangy, without the harsh "goatiness" of many other goat cheeses. An excellent cheese to set out at parties. Vacuum packaged with plastic film in a box, it has beautiful packaging.
