1880 Turron a la Piedra means "Turron of the Stone". It is given this name because it stays true to the traditional method of making this turrón, using granite rollers. One would think these ground and toasted almond, cinnamon and lemon zest turrones would be hard but in fact they are of the soft variety. It is the turron of choice for many of the families of Turroneros "turron artisans." These hand made soft Spanish turrones have been freshly imported from Spain for the 2011/2012 Christmas Season.
